Document Management

It's really easy to turn agileBase into a document management system - simply add a field of type 'file' to a table and you can upload any document. Of course, other fields can be added to record whatever metadata you like about the file.
Once uploaded, your documents are available to anyone with a login and privileges to view that table.
Furthermore, a complete document history is kept for each document. Every time a new version is uploaded, old versions are dated, archived and made available in the 'view' tab for later retrieval if necessary.
