agileBase has been devised from inception to be a truly flexible yet powerful Lean Back Office platform.
We believe organisations should be continuously experiment and improving their back office processes and that their IT systems should not be a block to this broader ambition.
To achieve this vision agileBase has been designed to be as simple as possible so that adoption is far more rapid than for traditional software applications. At the same time we have designed the product so that organisations that want to can make most software adjustments themselves after only a small amount of training.

Training Programmes Overview
agileBase training programmes are available at five levels.
- Quick Start
- Basic System Administration
- Advanced System Administration
- Basic Developer
- System Architect
Note: Whilst the Basic Developer role requires programming knowledge the other three roles do not.
How are they delivered?
We can deliver training in a variety of ways to suit your organisations particular needs.
- Remotely or Onsite
- One to One or Small groups
- In one session or several smaller ones
How tailored will the training be?
We aim wherever possible to tailor course content to your organisational environment so as to make it easier for people to absorb. We give you the option of selecting who delivers your training event, but highly recommend you use the member of our staff that helped you set up your system as this will mean they can increase the level of tailoring in their responses to your questions etc.
If you are looking for a truly 100% tailored event we can even provide your organisation with a cloned version of the your current live system (at little extra cost) and training materials that feature screen shots etc. from your system (although this option is quite costly).
How much time will be needed?
The time it takes to deliver any of our training programmes can vary enormously depending on a variety of factors including
- how deeply the learners wish to explore the product,
- how confident they are in using computers
- how well they understand the organisation and its procedures.
However we have given outline timings for each of the programmes we offer below and will always discuss your specific needs before finalising any programme.

Basic System Administration
What will this course cover?
- Amending existing reports
- Creating new reports

- Anyone who wishes to move the underlying system forward in response to tactical concerns.
What previous knowledge /experience would they need?
- Experienced users of the product (someone who has used the product regularly for over 3 months)

- 1-2 days
How much it will cost?
- £400 to £800 pounds
Advanced System Administration
What will this course cover?
- Introduction to database schemas
- Amending existing tables
- Creating new tables
- Creating relations between tables
- Exception reports and data cleansing
- Tree map and schema refactoring
Who would benefit from this training?
- Systematic thinkers who have an understanding of the whole of your organisation and it's vision and strategies.
What previous knowledge /experience would they need?
- High level of experience of the product (6 months plus)
- Basic System Admin level training.
How long will it take?
- 1-2 days
How much it will cost?
- £400 to £800 pounds
Basic Developer
What will this course cover?
- Advanced database schemas
- SQL Queries
- Creating Wizards
- Integration with third party products
Who would benefit from this training?
- Technically inclined individuals who have an understanding of the whole of your organisation and it's vision and strategies.
What previous knowledge /experience would they need?
- Advanced System Admin level training
- Experience of SQL
- Experience of Apache Velocity and Javascript
How long will it take?
- 3-6 days
How much it will cost?
- £1200 to £2400 pounds
System Architect
What will this course cover?
- Business Analysis Basics
- Stakeholder Management
- Requirements Management
- Planning advanced database schemas
Who would benefit from this training?
- Individuals tasked with developing a system from scratch
What previous knowledge /experience would they need?
- Advanced System Admin level training
- Wide ranging experience and understanding of both business and technology
How long will it take?
- 3-6 days
How much it will cost?
- £1200 to £2400 pounds
