Documentation is freely available and covers both the user and administrator functions of agileBase. Please take a look at these references as a first step -

Training
Training is available to support any level of use - view all the options. Training material will be included.
Support for agileBase is organised into 3 types:
Support Forum (Free)
Support for using agileBase is included in the monthly hosting+support charge via the public forum or by email to oliver@agilebase.co.uk
Please post any general usage questions here.
Business specific support (Charged)
For private support issues regarding confidential client data, e.g. data restore requests, please email support@agilebase.co.uk. Issues will be assigned an individual ticket number and a charge of £60/hr will apply. If any request is going to take more than one hour to resolve, a quote will be sent for the further time.
Open source support (Hybrid)
Open source support follows the same model as above. The forum is available for issues regarding installation or general usage and we will input up to 5hrs support time per organisation. Following that, the above support costs will apply.
What we do not support
As a software provider we do not (as a rule) support
- platforms and infrastructure - networks, internet connectivity etc
- desktop kit - PC upgrades etc
- peripherals - printers, mobile devices etc
You will need to have other provision in place to cover any issues arising out of these areas.
