Additional functionality

  • record locking - critical data such as important financial records can be locked to prevent editing at particular events, e.g. when an end of month process is run.
  • printing - printing reports, report summaries and full record details.
  • Filtering - it's easy to find records that you want by typing filters and advanced filters can be useful if you know they're there, particularly for working with dates, when you can filter using terms like 'this year' or 'two months ago'
  • Charting

  • Importing and Exporting
